  • Wanted to get a modest 175,000 mortgage with an approved VA backing. Credit score at 790 and we were still denied. Finally got the mortgage and tried to buy a short sale, bank would not accept offer. Tried 2 foreclosures with the same results. Guess we'll just rent instead.

  • Are these people serious? They waist their time on this? Our school districts mascot has been the Cougars since the early 1900's!!!! My daughter is in kindergarten and she's now on the pep squad called The Dancing Cougars.

  • Builder around the corner from me put up 3 new houses, tried to sell them for $400,000 each. When he couldn't, he rented them out. 1 house has 4 families in it now, place looks like down town Pakistan, all three houses have been trashed and landlord cannot be found.

  • Atlas, such as highway and bridge building, such as rebuidling the power grid, such as helping those who lost their job after their company saw a way to make more profit by shipping jobs overseas. Let's not even get into the birther thing which I'm sure will resurface soon.

  • hey cantakenomore. The tax is only on the first $106,000 made. the superrich spend that much in 1 day. It will effect the middle and lower class only. So add you $60 up and you will lose $720 a year in taxes while the super rich will not have to pay one dime more.
